BuzzLine: Give Us a Six-Word Movie Review

Can you feel the excitement? Awards season is in full swing in Hollywood!

The Golden Globe winners have already been announced. And, the Critics’ Choice Awards were handed out last night, on the same day the Oscar noms were revealed. Of course, we can’t forget the Screen Actors Guild Awards this Saturday, which we believe is the best barometer for who’ll take home Oscar gold on March 2.

Can you tell we’re movie geeks at the BuzzLine?

With all this talk about movies, we wanted to get some quick, six-word movie reviews this week. Either pick one of the movies up for awards this year or give us a six-word review of your favorite movie of all time. Heck, you can give us a review of the first movie that pops into your head for that matter. We’re not picky!

We’ll even be a little generous at the BuzzLine this week. The title of your movie doesn’t count toward your six words. For example:

  •  American Hustle: Great flick, but it’s not Argo!
  • Shawshank Redemption:  Guide to escaping prison through sewer

Post your six-word review in the comments sections below. As always, the most clever answer gets a Starbucks gift card. Congrats to this past week’s winner Pia Mara Finkell for her survival tips for the polar vortex.

See you at the movies!
